Agreement to Terms

Pricing, Payment & Currency

We utilize a unified currency model—USD is the exclusive currency for all transactions regardless of the customer's location or billing address. Order Acceptance & Contract Formation

Your submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase, not a completed sale. We reserve the right to accept or decline your offer for any reason. Order acceptance and contract formation occur only when we send an order confirmation email indicating that your order has been processed and will be fulfilled. Until that point, we may cancel or modify your order due to factors including but not limited to product unavailability, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or errors in product information. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued promptly to the original payment method. We may also impose limits on order quantities for specific products to prevent stock depletion or abuse of promotional pricing. Bulk purchase inquiries exceeding standard order limits may be directed to our customer service team for custom arrangements. Multiple accounts created by the same individual to circumvent order limits may result in cancellation of excess orders. We reserve the right to verify customer identity and payment information before accepting orders, particularly for high-value purchases or orders shipping to addresses that differ from the billing address. Limitation of Liability

While we select products for quality and durability, we do not warrant that any product is suitable for any specific medical procedure, infection control requirement, or workplace regulation. Customers are solely responsible for determining whether a product meets their facility's dress code, safety standards, and professional requirements. We disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of consequential damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Purchase are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our platform operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, your purchase, or your use of our platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. We encourage customers to contact our customer service team first to seek resolution of any concerns. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body, conducted in the English language at a mutually agreed location or through remote proceedings.
